Return & Exchange Policy
Teas & Consumables:
To ensure the integrity and safety of our botanical blends, all teas are ineligible for return or store credit, whether opened or unopened.
Non-Consumable Items:
We accept returns of unopened and unused items, such as brewing accessories, kettles, cups, and notebooks, within 10 days of purchase. Items must be in perfect, sellable condition, and in their original, intact packaging.
Return Shipping:
A flat $10 fee for the return shipping label will be deducted from your store credit. To initiate a return, email support@misslilypad.com with your order details, and we will provide instructions.
Damaged or Defective Items:
Exchanges are offered only for products that arrive damaged or defective. These must be reported within 3 days of receipt, with photos provided, and we will arrange a free replacement or exchange.
